After my father passed away, Susan handled the sale of his house and offered me excellent and thorough guidance from beginning to end. She knew the right asking price and the correct time to go on the market. She knew just what needed to be repaired as opposed to what needed to be disclosed. She arranged everything with roofers, gardeners, photographers, inspectors, stagers and the like. She handled everything and was always willing to do more. In addition to her professional expertise, she was a great pleasure to deal with and she was ever conscious of the emotions that might be involved for me in selling the house in which I had grown up.
