Personal Background
As a full time realtor, I bring my experience from design, entitlement and construction to my real estate practice. I began my career, right out of college, in Landscape Architecture and quickly realized that I would excel in Real Estate. After a stint as a Development Manager for Prometheus Real Estate Group entitling and managing multi-family housing projects, I moved my career north to Marin County and began in Real Estate sales with Frank Howard Allen. The dynamic nature of the Real Estate market requires a professional with integrity, confidence and determination, all characteristics that mark my personality as well as professional ambition. My experience in the world of Real Estate development provided an excellent foundation in real estate finance, contract negotiation and transaction management.

My home is Marin county and my knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as local resources serves my clients well. There is no better tool for pricing a listing or assessing the value of a home than current knowledge of market data. I am relentless when it comes to previewing current listings and am gifted in identifying value and understand the strengths and weaknesses of a property. My years in real estate sales as well as commercial real estate have given me a firm understanding of real estate principals, and that, paired with my local market knowledge make me an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike. Because of my deep roots in this community, I will be an exceptional resource when it comes to local schools, parks, clubs and recreation.

I live in a 1920s bungalow in San Anselmo with my husband and 2 daughters. I am passionate about giving back and investing in my community and do so by donating a portion of each commission to a local non-profit and actively participating in a number of local organizations.

About Julia Camajani

Julia Camajani is a Bay Area native who strives to help clients achieve their home buying and selling goals. She is a Realtor^® with Coldwell Banker Realty in Greenbrae.  She assists families and individuals in Marin county in realizing the dream of homeownership in this beautiful piece of the Bay Area. She has a passion for interior design and has completed extensive coursework in Sydney, Australia. As a mother of young children Julia appreciates the importance of living in an excellent school district and having access to open spaces. She has lived in many different countries, including France, UK, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and Australia,  and prides herself in being able to see homes for multiple purposes and for a variety of clients. She loves hiking and long distance running and travel.

Lita Collins is a Marin County native who has spent her entire life — and the last 15 years of her career — deeply rooted in this community. Having grown up here and lived in Ross, Corte Madera, Mill Valley, and now Sleepy Hollow in San Anselmo, she doesn't just know Marin's neighborhoods on paper. She knows them the way only a true local can.

Since becoming a full-time Realtor in 2010, Lita has guided clients through every chapter of Marin's market — the booms, the corrections, and everything in between. That experience means her clients get an agent who stays calm under pressure, thinks clearly in complex situations, and always finds a path forward.

Her track record speaks for itself: a consistent top producer since 2015 and the sole recipient of the Marin Association of Realtors' Rising Star Award that same year — recognized for her leadership, fresh thinking, and signature can-do attitude. She has also served on the MAR Board of Directors, deepening the industry relationships and local knowledge that benefit her clients every day.
